Fruits, veggies, a blender, and some rest....
Cinnamon and honey is a really good remedy....

glad you are alive. Take plenty of vitamin C Like 6000-8000 mg a day, divide the dose into four or five different times like 1500-2000 at a time... just while you feel your are getting a cold. An old woman in a health food store told me this trick and it usually knocks out my colds in a couple of days. I used to be one of those people who would keep a cold for weeks.
Anyway it's good to hear from you. Sorry about burn out... it just happens though... me too sometimes. Anyway hope you feel better.
