Mind-body integration....wellness of the body through nutrition and phsycial activity...
Spirituality: matters of the spirit...we all have a general idea of this.
I started a graduate degree program in Transpersonal Psychology...there are many definitions of what TP is: it's the extension of psychological studies into consciousness studies, spiritual inquiry, mind-body relationships and transformation.
There is a lot of work on 'Self', with increased awareness and constant communication with Self. {with higher self}. It's like being in the state I am in when I dance, only I am not dancing. It feels odd, but blissful at the same time.
The reason why I am mentioning all of this is because I have noticed an increase in activity around me...for the most part it's a balance between the malevolent and benevolent entities that have been popping up.
During dance rehearsal this past Sunday, I was being watched...so I have been feeling that a lot lately, since I've been going deep into my meditation studies, which has done wonders for me...I was being watched by a HUGE shadow...felt reptilian/goblin like. He/It disappeared after I literally gave more attention to its form. I had felt it spying on me since the start of rehearsal but never thought it would manifest itself.
I do not know what's going on with everyone else here...I haven't been able to chat with anyone because the course load is outrageous....very enjoyable but outrageously heavy.
I am just putting it out there to be careful with what ever work you are doing, spiritually and so forth. The more..'open' you become, the more you are seen and the more attention you draw to yourself...no like you all didn't know that already...
HEALING TIPS: TO begin wih healing yourself, meditate at least 3X per week, for at least 15minutes. Use the Lying Meditation Position: Lay down flat on your back, eyes are usually open with one arm bent at the elbow, elbow touching the floor {in case you go to sleep your arm falls and this wakes you up}; or you can close your eyes, but keep that arm bent up at the elbow.
Focus on bringing awareness to your body and the parts of YOU tha need to be healed. Allow what comes to mind come and go, allow the changes and experiences to happen. Then reflect/write it out afterwards.
Go at your own pace. At least 3X per week {better to do it everyday}, for at LEAST 15 minutes {30minutes to an hour is recommended}.
Haven't the time? That's the beauty of being 'spiritual' - taking time for yourself.
