Very interesting. Do you think his insider, bloodline story was a literary device? I would not use the word hoax, but do you think he's really what he is saying, or do you think he's just come up with the perfect way to get attention for his wise words? Perhaps he's found a way to get more credibility and attention than he would gain otherwise? Maybe he's practicing to be a cult leader... he has potential for that, I'd say. Either way I don't suppose it matters. Despite his claim to specialness, the truth is the truth no matter who says it, and a lie is a lie, no matter who tells it... and opinions are just that opinions, no matter who you got the opinion from. As he said, and as you pointed out we have to sort of weed the truth from the BS with everyone... Not sure how much of which is which but this definitely contains some a lot of each IMO.
I liked what he said about "There is no enemy you can attack except yourself." Also what he said about knowing yourself. I saw enough to know he is a person of some spiritual experience... but is he smarter than us? richer than us? or does he have "inside information?" I really do not know.

Very interesting indeed...
I like what he said about visualization, and how it works after yuo've reached a stage in your development AND how you have to be strict with it, applying it to your way of living...and yes most people do not have the discipline...
Even as I develop my movement practice I experience this quality - the moment my ego doesn't want to do something I listn deeper and see the importance of doing it, so I go and do it. I let the quarrels of my ego pass and push forward.
I don't think it's a matter of him being 'smarter'...look at how some of the people were asking their questions. He's made some reoccuring points, which exist everywhere: we should know ourselves.
Know thyself, and everything else will work out just fine.

Honestly, I don't know what to think about this. Personally, I like your idea, KG, that it's just someone who knows a little about the truth and found the best way to present it to everyone.
I Don't believe there is an elite bloodline of people closer to god than anyone else, upholding god's will. If there is such a bloodline, it has to be all of humanity, otherwise there is a lot of contradiction going on with imperfect beings doing perfect beings' jobs.
I think overall it is that we all inherently know the truth and seeking it outside ourselves is the fastest way to go wrong. i believe that is the main intent of this "elite family insider".

LOL yes, of course Stoner. I totally agree that this person is not some GOD... or probably not even a rich person. He's obviously been exposed to eastern religion, but past that... IDK.
I did go to the site that this was posted on and frankly it would be kind of fun to prank on them like that. It's a huge site with a certain parinoid right wing nut case feel to it. Plus they don't require that you even register or give a name to post. It's pretty much an open free for all, with all kinds of folks, but there are a lot of snotty republicans on it, and some parinoid disillusioned with all government people... and really it would be fun to just freak them all out, and I think this guy did.
I think he was a pretty smart guy, and he played into at least some of the member's belief system very well. I think they kind of bought into the idea easier than some sites would have. Anyway it was very interesting... and my visit to the site... well it would really really tick you off Stoner. Lets put it this way' it would be a delightful place to troll... if one were into that kind of thing. Even I couldn't resist playing with them a bit... but nothing like what this guy did.
