Just for fun! I'm a righty, apparently. www.news.com.au/perthnow/story/0,21598,22492511-5005375,00.html I did find it fun learning how to switch which side of my brain I'm using; I think it would make great training, too.

I am definitely Right Brained, which I already knew. I had to work really hard to ever see the dancer going counter clockwise. When I finally did, I felt dizzy, and almost got a headache when I finally got it to look it like that. As soon as I looked away a second the dancer was going clockwise again. I hate math, and I have to visualize everything, or connect it to an emotion, to understand it or remember it.
Some left handed and right brained people have a little more trouble than normal learning right from left, and often get confused about clockwise and counter clockwise. I have to think about it, twirl my finger, or look at my watch or just mentally visualize to figure out which is clockwise. LOL And yes, I wear a watch with a face and have worn one pretty much 24/7 since I was about 8 years old, but I still have to think about it, or form a mental or visual image rather than just respond to the words.
Most left brained people never ever seem to have trouble knowing left from right, and clockwise from counter clockwise, and usually think whoever does is kind of dumb... and Left brainers say things like... turn the bolt to the right to tighten it, and the right brained person thinks, "Do you turn the top to the right or the bottom to the right? Because logically, to a right brained person, since it is a circle, the top of the bolt moves in an arch going right, then the bottom must necessarily turn to the left at the same time, so which are we talking about? We do things like look at the threads of a bolt or screw, or spin our finger, and we never do get a word for it, we just know which way it goes from looking at it.
Most but not all left handed people are right brained, but there are a few right handed left brained people out there too. I think most people tend to be left brained though. Artists and spiritually adept people tend to be right brained though. Probably because being right brained has a lot to do with visualizing things. When I was in art school, over 75 percent of my class mates were left handed. I'd never been in ANY group of 30 people before that had more than one or two lefties. I was accustomed to being the only one.
I am eager to show this test to my husband, because he is left handed, but has a LOT of left brain characteristics. He is good at math, and has no trouble figuring out left and clockwise stuff. He can remember long strings of numbers easily. He's creative in some ways though, but not the same ways I am. I don't know which way his will turn out. Thanks for this Mem, cause while I know about ME I really wonder whether he is or not.
Thanks for this.

This particular exercise didn't give me a headache, but there is a website full of optical illusions that gave me one. @.@
