I am really starting to worry about me. I have some kind of stomach flu ATM. I've been this way since Thurs, and it is starting to get really bad. I have eaten half a sandwich since Thurs, and didn't get to keep much of it down.
It isn't just that though. I am not doing well in general. I have been sick with something or other for months. I feel God awful, 99 percent of the time. I have felt really off and can't remember what day it is. IDK... anyway I haven't felt well in quite a while.
I think maybe I am going senile, and my health is going down fast. IDK... I know I don't take care of myself like I should, but this is rediculous.

ya'll know I am doctor phobic. LOL If I don't get better in a couple of days, I might be forced to though. Hopefully it will get better on it's own.

I am a little better today, but nothing like I usually am even. I know I sound like a hypochondriac, but this seems like really bad food poisoning. I still can't eat more than a quarter cup of anything at a time. Food just seems gross, and I have to force that. Also I get so hot when I eat. I am buring up and feel god awful. At least the diziness is better, because I HAVE forced myself to eat at least something. I am keeping food down, but I am miserable for hours after eating. IT has been a week and a half. On the bright side, I am loosing weight I think.

At a week and a half, if you're still feeling like this, you need to see a doctor. Don't wait- it could be very serious. Drink lots of water, as stoner said You do NOT want to be hospitalized for dehydration!

D: i know I'm a little late on this, but yeah... if it's passed, I hope you feel well, and that you continue to stay in good health. If not, you definately should see a doctor!

methinks that perhaps enough is enough. If you keep getting sick, then that might indicate that you need to go see people with the big fancy machines so that they can figure out *why* you keep getting sick. Somethings may start off small, but if one problem generates another, and then another, then your situation becomes that much more difficult =\ If you're doctor phobic, have someone take you and disregard your changing your mind hehehe. Don't mislead the doctor when he asks questions, "Oh it doesn't feel so bad anymore:*mental thought: Oh lord. I think i'm going through labor pains again!) *again, not the baby part, but the pain*, etc etc. Just go. Get checked out. Don't hope that it'll get better. especially if its recurring. Go dance with a doctor .

Thank you all for your concern and I am doing better... at least the stomach part is a LOT better. I lost weight. ;D I feel much better. I guess it was just food poison.
I am having problems with my energy levels again, but that is something I have experienced before. I had a bout of it at pubrety, and others after both childbirths... now again at menopause. MY condition is obviously affected by hormones. I have been to the doctor for my exhaustion several times in the past, gone through all their equipment... back when I had health insurance, and they never find anything.
The last time, they sent me to every kind of specialist they could think of. Finally at my last stop, the sleep clinic was about to turn me out after a night of normal sleep when they discovered I was walking around, and talking to them, but my brain was asleep. They documented my symptoms with a machine which measures brainwaves. They even established that I could read while my brain was asleep. I can also do math, and answer complex questions, all while sleeping. No one can tell by observing me that I a asleep. I am sure I drive quite well when I am asleep too. I drive all the time, in heavy traffic, and haven't had a wreck in 15 years. Before that it had been at least 10 years. I can function with this, but I do get very very tired. I mean I am never exactly a ball of fire, but sometimes, like now it gets extreme.
The brilliant doctors say I have a unique form of narcolepsy, but there is nothing they can do about it, and they don't know what causes it. They put me on Ritlin, and then Concerta, but it didn't help. I was still exhausted. It had some weird side effects though, so after a year I stopped taking it. Sometimes I take herbal stimulants, they do help, but I have to take breaks from them to keep them effective. I'm on a break from them now, but I am going to have to start back.
You are right Kata, and I know what you are saying, I just can't remember how to stop. Thanks for coming when I called on you. It did make me feel better to see you.

Ash says any kind of tea, but it works best with white, mixed with orange juice if you're low on energy. If it's a cold green tea, lemon juice and honey. If it's alergies, black tea and honey.
