Stoner, one thing, if you don't want to work for money, at least volenteer to keep your mind and body active. That's one of the side benefits of having a job. It's not just about money but socializing and keeping active and thinking... I mean, even my people work for money and we live in what most would call a true communist state (we really only have a council for when times are rough but other than that, we have no real leadership and everyone is truly equal)

Stoner-
Right now, you are on the street, and it's your fault.
The rules are different on the street. There are no free rides, and if you don't get your act together and knock off this attitude of yours, somebody's going to rough you up, if you're lucky. If you're unlucky, they'll bust a cap in your ass.
Personally I think you need to have some sense smacked into you.
You're little "morals" aren't very moral at all- in fact, all you're doing is forcing everyone else, who actually WORKS for their life, to pay for YOUR non-life (that shelter you're in? I bet it's funded by taxpayer money.) Not because you NEED help, but because you REFUSE to do anything even remotely resembling anything useful.
You need to 1) find a job. and 2) get counseling. ASAP.

I was going to say something long, but with a point, but, sadly, this isn't even worth the time it takes to get "Get with the program, Stoner" so I'm not even really going to say that. Instead, I'll say that growth as a person, doesn't mean being stupid and trying to change the system alone. If you're doing this from some spite against normal society, then at least do it right. Find some like minded people and see if you can't get a movement going. Honestly, I believe that will be quite impossible because you can't make it to the same place without the money and cars you seem to hate so much.

Stoner's ideology is impossible to live up to, and his view of the world is as unrealistic as Don Quixote's. Just as despite Quixote's delusions, there was no threat to the knighthood, because there was no knighthood anymore, likewise there is no plot to prevent a sharing giving world from emerging, because a sharing giving free society where everything is free and no one works and all is just given is impossible in the physical world. Eden is gone, and heaven is on the other side. The world tree as you put it is dead and gone. This is planet earth and it is not paradise. It never was, and never will be. It was not intended to be.
Your ideal does not exist on earth. It never has, and it never will. In that way it is impossible in the world of matter. This world has its own laws, which work like gravity, or any other part of physics, and the main one is that if one does not produce anything then they have nothing. If a person does not make an effort then nothing is produced, and if no one produces or makes any effort, then no one eats... or has any comfort. It is work that provides comfort. Generocity does exist, and people do give, but they can't give everything you want.
We are supposed to feel... IDK... what are we supposed to feel for you that you were not born in paradise? Pity?
People cannot give what they do not have, and no one is given anything... not really. I think back over the things I have been 'given' and I worked for all of them. Even inheritance is not a free gift. It comes with great expectations, and responsibilites, both past present and future. I have cared for, lived with and tended four grandparents, and both my parents. I have never raised my hand to any one of them at any time. I have never said a harsh word to any except my mother, but believe me there was very little of that either. I treated my elders with respect all my life, and yes they offered me some protection from the world in return. If someone gives me a gift, it is usually because I did something for them too, or at least was loyal to them. Loyalty has it's rewards, and so does compliance, but in the end it all boils down to work.
Work is not a terrible thing. Work can be fun, exciting, exhilerating even, but above all it is necessary. Work has to be done, if people are going to eat. Why should you be exempt? Respect has to be given in order to be returned. Elders have to be respected, and people have to be treated decently. Your opinions are just that opinions, and you do not have a right to impose them upon others, or judge them by your standards which are not even logical.

This animosity seems pointless. I may not have read it all, but I've read all the recent bits and then some, and I feel I've read enough. Has everyone gotten their points across? Can we drop this carcass, or does is there a chance for a productive discussion? If the answer is no, I don't see a reason to continue judging each other- warranted or not- as it's not putting out any sort of useful energy.
As a disclaimer, since the internet isn't the best judge of tone: I'm not trying to be condescending, I am trying to be earnest. The reason I posted my observation was because I don't want anyone I care for to put out negative energy (frustration, to name one), regardless of it it comes from a loving (or not so) place.

Stoner you don't have a clue what I do or do not know.
I'm right, like it or not. So are Kim, Mem and Ashira.

Stoner, here's a simple assignment. Do some research on mental and physical health and see what the life expectancy of those who have a job is and also see the psychosis rates for those who do not work. Something else to look for perhaps is quality of life of those working as opposed to not working. Also, if you really feel so strongly against first world society, Ethiopia might be a good place for you to move to. In fact, I highly encourage it. Just watch out for warlords.

Life shot you in the foot, so woe is me and no one understands?
Bite the bullet and shut the F**k up. You're the one in the dark, my angsty friend.
