I have been reading this bill. It is supposed to help prevent global warming. There are many actions in this bill which will help prevent Green house gases, etc. I Just started it really, after my usual e-mail from Harry Reid.
Harry is my adopted Senator. He really represents Arizona, as well as being the senior Democrat Senator and in charge of a lot of stuff. My real senator is a racist snob. She is obcessed with harrassing the Mexicans, and anyone else struggling to survive. Currently she is working hard to prevent Mexicans from going to college, and trying to deport as many as possible. My other senator is a Bush slave, who thinks their is some really good secret reason for the Iraq war, which only George Bush knows. He actually told me this in reply to my war protest letter ... cough choke... he's apparently an idiot... LOL So I wrote Harry a couple of years ago and asked Harry Reid to represent me too, because my senators didn't recognize my position. He's been nice enough to add me to his e-mail list, and he seems like a really nice guy. Here is a link to his blog.

Harry says this is a very good bill... and that congress has read it word for word out loud all 400+ pages of it. The repugs were just wanting to filibuster, and stall to dely some kind of judge appointments, when this bill really needs to go through. They are stalling... despite that fact my racist NC Senator stopped hating the Mexicans, long enough to support this bill. I am really amazed cause it is the first sensible thing she's done that I know of.

Harry says this bill will create millions of Green Collar Jobs. That is a new term for me. I like this phrase: GREEN COLLAR JOBS. Not sure exactly what that means, but it sounds perfect. Of course any job creations are good, but jobs that are good for the environment is even better. He says in addition to the million jobs he spoke of, this bill will lead to GREEN industries in the near future, that are not yet even dreamed of. I am excited about this bill, and hope that it will make it.
What do you guys think? Does Green Collar employment sound good to you? I know that reversing global warming is a huge issue with most of you. Do you think a million new Green Collar workers will be able to save the planet, or is it still too little too late.
