i would like some group participaton on this one, so we can share and compare our findings.
and since i am not (yet) adapt to astral projection, some of you have an advantage in this study i am trying to perform.
my theorie is that there is nothing BUT thought, that it is a one demensional existance, and everything is just a different manifestation of the root source; thought.
i see it that every individual thought is the same in most areas, size, power, speed, etc, however thoughts can group together to form bigger thoughts.
for example, language.
most people think in words, and this is taking up more thinking preocess that if you were to ascend your mind to think in math, or furthermore in thought.
i see that individual words take thousnads of thoughts to think. that each letter, combination of letters, and pronounciation in your mind are all contributing factors to the thought power nessacary to think a word.
here's what i would like everyone who is interested to do:
observe your every thought, try to tink about how much thought energy goes into each thought and emotion.
what i am trying to do is become aware of the smallest possible "building block" of thought, in hopes of gainint a better understanding of the whole of existance in general.
astrally, i have no idea how differnt and alike things are in the thought department, and that's where i really need the help.

An interesting place to start would be whats the very first thought that you have when you wake up after sleeping.
but this whole thing is quite interesting, but its gona be hard seperating each indiviguel thought considering the fact that 80% of what we do, we dont think about it (or are under the impression that we dont) because its so ingrained within us, i mean how often in a normal day do you think about blinking or breathing.
or do you just want us to single out the "higher" thinking functions?
but an interesting studie it is, so u got my support

I think this is a very interesting project, a questionare would have to be developed with both questions about thought, and general questions to determine age, gender and anything else you'd want to link the thought process too. Maybe interests in different things, and Psi ability, or whatever you want to study in relationship to differences in thought. I would say that the answers of people on a psi board would be different from people on other kinds of boards.
You should look at some questionares on similar studies to get ideas. Then you could post it on a lot of the boards you go on.
As for my first thought in the morning it varies from "what was that dream?" to "who am I and where am I?" If I remember the first, I can't remember the last, and if I remember the last sometimes I can't remember my dream. Often I can't remember anything about my life when I first wake up and it has taken me as long as five minutes to remember... like temporary amnesia. Other times it is a physical question, like "what in the heck did I do to my back to make it hurt like this?" or just a general ouch! I absolutely hate thinking of what I have to do that day, when I first wake up. My husband on the other hand starts the day with lists of activities, and plans. I hate it when he talks in the morning, cause I don't even want to go there for the first hour. LOL

hows this for a thought, in deep meditation we clear our thoughts and sit in a state of void aka no thoughts at all, however owing to the fact that we are still sitting on the bed, chair etc must indicate that there are even deeper base thoughts which shape the world around us and "create our day"
ive read of people who have sat in deep meditation for 3 days and nights sometimes even more and eye witnesses state that the meditator became ethral and started dissapering, this makes sense if u take vibrations into account, in a state of meditation u can lift ur vibration and the higher the vibration the less dense the object/person will be.
if each thought is a vibration then it makes sense that everything can be made out of pure thoughts.

sorry for the late reply, i had half forgotten about this, and been sort of busy (not really, but i did forget) and havent been to spirit sense for a week or 2... i need to think about this, it's difficult to make a questionaire, because im not exactly sure what it is i am looking for or how to find it. what i do know is the nature of thoughts is much alike the nature of atoms and mollecules. one part hydrogen and two parts oxygen makes water, so how many parts of what thougts are required to makewhat bigger thoughts? i know thoughts cannot ever fully be understood, as it is very impulsive and, in fact, creates all. however, i do not wish to fully understand it, but get into the programming of it, understand it's interactions with the universe, see what makes it tick actually, the thoughts made the tick in the first place *rim shot* legion, reality is one demensional, infinite manifestations of ONE thing, thus singular in demensional content, however, due to the nature of this one thing, thought, we can create the illusion of any number of demensions.
