I once, decided that i was gonna try it, and when i did, i felt a draft. But nothing real big, i couldn't duplicate it, which means that it was mostlikely just the wind XP

Well, I beleive, that is more of telekinesis than aerokinesis. Aerokinesis is controlling the wind, and unless she created a big gust of wind i doubt that was it.

psychokensis perhaps, but nothing more than labels. As for aerokensis, it's a useful ability to have. Just takes complete faith to achieve.

ok who has ever done aerokenisis or have had an experience that involved aerokenisis? Well it could be a mental crutch but I have had my share experimenting with it, like that one time that I tried to lower the temperature in the room I was in only to turn my head and look outside after hearing the noise of rustling leafs being moved by a sudden gust of wind and mind you it wasn't windy that day. But when ever I do create a breeze or a gust of wind I feel I need to connect to Gaia first (we have an understanding) then I just go for it and it happens.

when i was little i could make the wind move around me instead of hitting me, i did it several times, but now i cant entirely seem to do it now. My friend even was holding me when i did it and said he didnt feel the wind near me, but about a foot away from my body.
wish i could do it again, it was usefull ^.^

I think it's that when we are littler, we are more innocent, and don't know "much about the world". We basically do what we want, and it's very natural. But as we get older, other people press their ideas of reality on you, and that shakes your confidence about things, and it makes it harder, cause now, you have that doubt that keeps your will from being properly executed, and you have to rebuild.

ok who has ever done aerokenisis or have had an experience that involved aerokenisis? Well, I have done it before, and it's sort of like a power struggle in a sense between you and the natuer of Wind. There is a force behind it and when you manage to have some sort of control, you either let it go and give your respect or enjoy being beaten to one side or the other by the wind. How to do it: well for me it's like tapping into the energy of the wind/nature and calling the wind. Especially on hot days, it's really useful. But it's like with any power or energy you get a taste of first hand...don't abuse it.

aye. ive been noticeing something for the past few days.. i had this feeling in my right arm, it was not a painfull feeling, but it was like needles prickling it, then i couldnt feel it, but i still could use it, and it was perfectly fine. then all the sudden it was much much stronger than it was before, like it had some sort of extra force behind everything i did.
ive been practicing on getting that feeling back again, im starting to master it, what i do is i just calm my self down completely, and take deep, long breaths, and completely focus on my arm, and it feels like all my energy goes into that arm. and i can do incredible things, but it only lasts for a few seconds, a minute at most..
any of ya'll know what this could be?
btw, i know this probably shouldnt go here

Sounds a lot like when I made my biggestpsiball, except 'inside' you, and instead of it just being a ball of energy with no purpose, you've given it a purpose, and directed the energy into the item in which you want to endow the ability.

First off, to the numerous posters here, I would like to point out that the label 'aerokinesis' is redundant. All kinesis is just kinesis, or psychokinesis, as it is officially branded by scientists. Why? Because the definition of psychokinesis is to move matter via metaphysical means. With wind, you are doing exactly that. Moving particles in there in a given direction to create a noticeable effect. Such is also the case with any other Greek prefix people tend to stick in front of kinesis, save ‘umbrakinesis’, which is ludicrous when we think about it. My point is, simply, that we should not overcomplicate the idea of general kinesis by giving the kinesis of each object unnecessary names. Lord knows what we may see next.
As for lordazurath’s inquiry – these kinds of experiences are common for those who practice manipulation of energy into random body parts. It is most likely your mind associating bodily sensations with the energy, since there is no real means we can actually comprehend it physically. I suggest practicing energy manipulation more with a variety of different programmings, so you do not become too used to this one sensation, as this sort of thing often becomes a hindrance to one’s overall performance in the future.
